It was a cool place to get a service. There is a waiting room with wash room, tv and drinking water facility .
Busy place So difficult to give a full and careful attention. Keep eye on everything is in order.
1st Service was done and no complains so far !
This place doesn't deserve any stars at all. Never use the service of Pitstop. My experience is with Negombo Pitstop. My vehicle has been undergone full service only from this place from the first day. Last week, I had 5000km regular service with oil change. My appointment was at 1.15pm and it was around 6pm they gave the vehicle back. Service Advisor told me at that time there's a need to replace the lower arms and asked me to come on following day since there's no time. Following day, I just checked underbody just to get an idea. Then I found screw of the oil sump has been glued but they didn't inform me in any way. Then I went up to the service advisor on following day and his answer surprised me. He said I forgot to tell you, thread of the screw was damaged and this is normal since this is an Indian vehicle when you fasten and unfasten it threads tend to damage. Being an Engineer, if you don't apply the required torque threads may be damaged. Without accepting that, the service advisor insult Indian vehicles but it's sarcastic Pitstop doing all the repairs and maintenance of most of the Indian vehicles. This is disgusting as we trust them but they don't keep the trust. What if engine oil leaked. And he finally asked me to check whether oil is spilling. It showed the level of professionalism they possessed.
Very helpfull who is the advice Tharaka.
