I availed services of Ayubowan Travels from the airport counter. They promised a comfortable and convenient tour but actually what happened was opposite. had booked a tour for 6 days across Sri Lanka on 1st March 2020 with the help of Mr. Sanjay. My family had a really bad experience with the driver Mr. Indika. Although initially I did not want to make a complaint, but a racial remark by Mr. Indika made me do so. Below are the incidents that happened in chronological order. 1. Whenever we ask Mr Indika about anything, he says I don't know. 2. Very rough driving.. My infant kid's head banged numerous times 3. He told I cannot parking ticket again and again.. Bcz of which we did minimum sightseeing.. He even threw a parking ticket in our front expressing his anger. 4.On way to Bentota, because of careless and rash driving, he hit a dog enroute. 5. In evening he refused to take us to eat dinner, only after requesting, he went and bcz of him we avoided eating out and instead take dinner as parcel. 7. Now, on our way back, he asked how much I paid to u, I told 50k, to which he said I get only 30k, in this I cannot give good service.. He told he books tours through Facebook and in them he give good service...moreover, he made a racial on Indians, he said Indian people create problem and they are not good. In fact from Bentota to Colombo, he is taking a very crowded route instead of the expressway, to avoid toll charges. He is saying European ppl pay him big money.. That's why he gives good service to them. Everywhere we went he dropped us to far away parking areas and asked to come back there only even though he knew we are with a small baby and he could have dropped us closer to places. As I said I didn't wanted to make a complaint but the driver crossed all limits after making a racial remark against my country. Then I made complaint to Mr. Sanjay.. but still no action was taken. Very poor and pathetic service from this travel company.

We came across this company on first arriving at the airport in Sri Lanka. We got a taxi ride into Negombo and had a really nice driver. After shopping around for private drivers to take us around for 5 days (sigiriya/Kandy/Nuwara Eliya) we decided to go with Ayubowan as they were the most fairly priced. We had an amazing 5 days with Thushara, our driver. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and gave us some good local info.

We first had an airport transfer with Ayubowan tours from CMB to downtown Colombo at a reasonable price. Also, we planned to arrange for a car with driver for 10 to 12 days and had a general idea of various options. Quite spontaneously we agreed on the conditions and started the tour after exploring Colombo for one day. Our driver, Indika, proved to be not only a reliable driver but also a great travel companion. We were a party of three people and have all enjoyed the tour. As we have not fixed all our travel details upfront, Indika was providing good advice on how to line up the various destinations we wanted to include. It was great to travel together and we had good fun and laughed a lot together. Also remarkable: Indika shared his on-board WIFI with us (also for some accommodation where the connetion didn't work properly), which made it easy to adjust our travel itinerary on the go. We want to express our thanks once more to Indika and highly recommend him - Thanks Indika; you're a great guy to travel with!

We experienced having a driver in Sri Lanka for 7 days at the end of august 2017. We chose this company because they offered low rates and were directly at the airport. We had a wonderful experience of this country thanks to our driver, Sudech, who shared all his vast knowledge of his country and his habits. Not only he was our driver but he was also our guide. Thanks to him, we enjoyed unusual places and restaurants. We even saved some money when he advised us the best value for money places and bargained with locals for us. We were able to call him day and night without notice. His generosity and kindness made him a friend to us. We would definitely recommend the company and our driver in particular for a trip in Sri Lanka.

Be careful for Long distance... trip They fooled us with ridiculous behavior. Asked to arrange Van and paid 8,000 on the site. But actual car was small waggon...!! Shame on you guys who stood at airport.. Ruined my trip and also ruined first memory of sri lanka!! Really disappointed it..
