Had a very disappointing experience when I wanted to get a PCR test for travel purposes. The space they send us to in order to actually take the test was just horrible - some shed like area, with one corner having garbage bags and stray cats running around. Several of us were given the appointment for one specific time. The person collecting the PCR tests came to this shed area late and only then proceeded to check details write, write down receipts and take payments for all the people waiting at the location. Only after that did that one person take the PCR tests. So something that could have taken 10 minutes for a person if it was organised properly ended up taking about an hour to sort through. And this whole time was spent in a really unpleasant environment. This is supposed to be a private testing firm charging for these services - why is there no regard for the people's time and comfort. It does not have to be some very fancy set up. Just clean and organised. I was really disappointed. Booking the appointment itself was easy, and the test results were ready on time and early. All of that was good. But, I still would not recommend this center for PCR tests just going by the place the people are sent to for the tests, and the poor organisation of it all.

Good service for laboratory services and check ups. Reliable results. In Early morning usually there are not much crowd. But in evening it can get bit crowdy with channeling services. Nice and friendly staff.

Stuff is very inactive, high queue in the cashier counter and laboratory sample collection room.

Have u all given a vaccine for ur staff. Cause temperature check n hand sanitization is only for patents when thy entering . But staff is the most vulnerable people as they full time associate with suspect cases. Finally patients also in at a risk. Come on be resnponsible in this crucial moment . I hv a vedio footage also whats happening

As indicated on website that the lab is open for 24 hrs, tried to contact directly through telephone to obtain some information (around 21.45 hrs on 24th Aug 2020). But no response received.

Worst condition of toilet. Specially for ladies. Bad smelll due to poor cleaning and maintenance. Management should address this immediately.
