Beautiful place with very nice hosts. They are willing to pick you up or drive you to the airport/bus station. Accommodation is simple, yet very nice and cozy. I recommend your stay in here.

Cozy quite place with friendly host family and lots of green in the garden. It's my first stop in Sri Lanka so thanks to that place and people for good first impression.
Nice property, nice decoration, very calm area and peaceful. The room she gave us was very tiny but attached bathroom and AC for around 10. The bed was quite ok, but the mattress sheets doesn't appear changeable. Smokers unfriendly. Badly noise proofed house. Clean bathroom, good working interior (AC/shower/flush) No baggage storage (!!!) At 11 o'clock she said she wasn't happy with our behaviour because we "banged the door" - what we didn't and we left "dirt and ash everywhere". The dirt was a single plastic bag which we gave to her husband and asked to throw it away because we didn't find a dustbin. The ash was there, no doubt, but at the place we've been there was no sign for not smoking so we thought it is ok. The cigarette end we threw away in the dustbin so it was really only ash. That was the reason why she denied to store our luggage what was discussed before properly! I think the just don't want to store any luggage, at all and some of the reviews are saying the same! It is a transit stay, for the most so this is a very important thing. Also I liked the owners speaking very silent BUT there are Christian and Buddhist figures everywhere and I think they are little wired in that point, what was very uncomfortable for me.
Very nice owners, with airport pick up and drop off. Rooms were clean and very nice. I stayed for a long transfer between flights and it was perfect for a rest. Great place would very much Reccomend.
This place is spotlessly clean! This is the cleanest place we've stayed at in a very long time. Clean, clean, clean. There is a beautiful covered area outside to sit and enjoy the birds, fresh air and greenery of the garden. There is also a nice indoor sitting area to escape the mosquitos at night. It's very quiet here and has a chilled vibe in a beautiful garden setting. The owners really enjoy gardening and the property is beatiful. There is no WiFi but if you have a SIM card you're fine. The owners are super friendly and kind. They stored our backpacks for us while we toured around on a motorbike for a month. Be sure to read through the book of comments, tips and travel suggestions from other guests who've stayed there. We picked up a lot of great ideas for our road trip in Sri Lanka from that book. There are quite a lot of restaurants in walking distance from here and Coffee Lab is close to the guesthouse and has great coffee and A/C if you need a break from the heat. We only paid 165 rupees to get an Uber tuk to the beach area. Highly recommend this place!
