I have dealt with these guys twice now - once for Australian grass for a pool deck at a seaside location - the service was fantastic - the young lady was very friendly and the follow up service was superb - 6 months down the track I could not be happier - the poolside grass is brilliant. Recently I made an urgent request for Malaysian grass in the evening for pick up the next day - whilst the young lady could not be there she very efficiently arranged for loading my vehicle and for her mum to supervise - again I could not be happier and can only highly recommend the service - the friendliness and the quality of both products - the Australian and the Malaysian grass - Mike.

Hi We had a terrible experience with Green Grass Pvt Ltd, Negombo. We searched the web & found this supplier to purchase grass for our home garden in Belihuloya. When checked from them over the phone they specifically told us that its the best Malayian grass free of any worms or leeches. We believed their word & purchsed the grass. Guess what??? When we got the delevery & unfolded the rolls the grass was totally infected with worms. I immediately called the company & the lady suppose to be one of the owners vehemently rejected my claim & repeatedly stressed that it cannot happen at their end & that we had introduced worms to the grass to make a bogus claim. We immediately reported this to the area Agrriculture office at Pambahinna & the officers there took the samples of the grass infested with warms for testing & informed us the worms were simillar to the SENNA WORMS (Fall Armyworm) & if we are not returning the grass immediately spray a particular insecticide (Coragen) on the whole grass to arrest the situation or the grass would be eaten by the worms by 3 days. However hearing that we have reported this to the authority they refunded the money we paid for the grass but still we had to bear the transport cost to return the worm infected grass load. We never recommend this company to anybody so please be careful when purchasing grass & check the grass for worms & insects at their farm.
