Temperature monitored and details taken down but the condition of the staircase is a complete uncleaned, never swept place. The customers could hear all their gossip and personal talks as the staff were not aware or not given any attention towards our presence. Competitive rates though, but unprofessional staff all around as they converse amongst themselves over you.

Staircase was not cleaned. The elevator doesn't have a light in it. The staff doesn't answer our questions properly. Everyone in the staff seemed new. Worst experience in an insurance agency. Not recommended. (This is located in front of Maris Stella college negombo. 2nd floor)
This office is no longer located in st. Josephs street. It is now loacated on the puttalam colombo road. In the KFC building in front of Maris stella college. Service is relatively poor compared with there office at the hnb bank. They have no experience in customer services. For life or travel insurance recomend office at HNB bank near the clock tower.
Hopeless, not worth it, always try to find a way to not pay out even on the ones where the agent gives a spot payment they make a big blunder and delays the payments. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HNB ASSURANCE
