The moment you enter Jude Elders Home, the atmosphere is fantastic. Friendly, smiling staff who are very caring. I cannot rate the team more highly from my first meeting when they assured me that my mother would settle well. Whenever I call, she sounds so happy and has made friends. I am so thrilled she is in such a comfortable home. To all the staff, thank you all. I will highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience with Jude Senior Serenity Nursing Home and Dr. Tilak Silva is a wonderful doctor, and the staff always helpful friendly and very kind. They ensure my father has a comfortable stay and he is well taken care. With utmost care and passion the doctor and the staff are taking care of my father with high priority for his health. Dr. Tilak is incredible. He has always taken great care of my dad's health, recently my father was ill and Doctor was always near him and He and staff attended all his needs perfectly and Doctor is a true believer in God and always he treat my Dad with Prayers and Faith whenever he gets sick.he even invited priest and had special recovery prayers for my Dad. Also he is lovely to speak with at every conversation he explains every detail of my dad's condition which keeps me very peaceful. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. My father was with the Jude Senior Nursing home till his demise. He was transferred to the nursing home in a state which necessitated 24 hour care and we were unfortunately unable to provide same at home. In fact, the transfer did a lot of good to him. He was really well looked after. He was attended to very often. His personal hygiene was maintained very well until his last day. Every time I visited my Dear Father, he was shaven, in cleaned/washed clothes. Bed linen was always in great condition. Dr. Thilak was his friend and always had a good chat with my Dad. He met my Dad daily. My Dad occasionally remembered what was happening and he expressed his happiness being in the nursing home and being cared by the able team. In addition, the drugs/medicine etc was provided by the Nursing home. If at all, a special item was needed, we could provide it from outside. Always what was asked for was in minimum quantity. Nothing was wasted. Never had the feeling that extras were asked for. The location is so easy to reach. the premises is maintained very well. They follow the COVID guidelines well too. My dad was of course bed ridden, but in my visits, that was often, I always saw how the other elders watched TV or chatted together or how they lived as a community, which the older generation is vying for these days. In addition, post my Dads demise, I was even refunded a deposit promptly, which showed me that this is a nursing home that existed for the right reasons. I recommend to those who are looking for a caring home, to look at St. Jude's. From the bottom of my heart and from my families, I thank Dr. Thilak De Silva, and the able nursing and caring staff of the St. Jude's nursing home. It is 9 months since my Dad passed away and he comes to my mind ever so often. It is even tough now to write a review. However, better late than never they say and my hear goes to the team who looked after my Dad till his final brethe. Ranil Perera
Highly recommended place for senior & patient care. Friendly staff and continuous status updates of patients provided by the doctor even in pandemic situation via virtually! Clean and calm environment. Ideal place for seniors and patients who seek best care.
My mum has been at this home since May 2020, she has high dementia and is taken very good care by the Nursing staff. I could highly recommend this elders home , specially since Dr.Thilak takes extra time with all his busy schedule to speak kind words and boost them up, to see that they are kept comfortable and feel that they are being loved. One of my aunties had been accommodated at a few places for elders as her children are living overseas and she is not willing to accompany them. She wasn't happy at any place till we found Jude Senior Serenity Nursing Home. For more than 2 years now, she is very happy there under Dr.Tilak Silva's supervision with the help of his friendly staff. We all are happy now as she is happy thanks to Dr.Tilak Silva and his staff.
