Any Mode of Transport is possible to destiny the venue, but except for a bus to enter the premises. The venue is approx. 150m away the beach and few meters away the lagoon, located in a beautiful and well built environment. The Room was clean, with possible of 3 enough to sleep in a bed, and or well enough for a group of at least 25-30 to settle at a Room. The Food was amazing, provided welcome drink and an evening tea was provided. The swimming pool is just less than 20m away from the room and is well maintained, and spacious for all 25 to be in the pool at once. It is indeed a relaxing, quiet environment, well managed and maintained, and i shall recommend to anyone. Couples, Family, Friends ideal getaway location.

Lovely Space! Good Value for Money. Tasty Food. Special Thanks to Sanjeewa and the Lady for being the most wonderful caretakers. 5mins walk to probably one of the most amazing beaches in Negambo. Definitely Coming again!
Peaceful location, ideal place for private functions
The ambience and interior deco is good and even the rooms are comfy. But the utensils that have been kept for cooking and the kitchen doesn't look clean. And would not recommend to use the pool. I got rashes all over my body after using that pool, full of chlorine and had to suffer for two days. Staff was a couple. One of them were a bit friendly but the other one was so rude. They keep their things in the refrigerator and once the guests mistakenly use it, they charge for it. They could've kept it seperately in the first place
VERY Unfriendly host. Very inconvenient in terms of cooking our own food, cleaning the dishes (They rudely replied saying they don't wash visitors dishes) and they did not abide to the Covid safety measurements. (Didn't take ANY details from us)
Peaceful place with a lovely pool. However, the cleanliness of certain bathrooms, cutlery and kitchen appliances are questionable. Overall, it’s affordable and suitable for groups.
Nice and clean location with privacy
The place is good for team outings of about 10-15 ppl... peaceful environment.
