New Rest House Negombo is so different experience from other restaurants. You will smell fish market which is not that bad and that is common in that area you might not complain about it I am sure. Place is very old but they handled it to a level which suitable for a restaurant. Food was tasty and the portions are more than enough for the pay. Better to go for sea food options in this restaurant and they serve their fresh. A bar also their and that is not modern look and obviously old fashioned. Staff is very friendly and overall the food is the main satisfaction there.

They just have the best Sri Lankan rice and curry I've had in a while.
The food tastes the exact same and it is my favorite rice and curry place. Specially beef rice and curry. Love their signature polsambol.
