Very nice place, with well fornitured condominiums, all rooms with AC, good wifi, sometimes electric brakes that do not last for long time. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. There is also small gym to share (for max 4 people) . Swimming pool is great, as for sanitary solution is used a bit of salt rather than chlorium. Direct access to the beach via small palm tree garden. There is a possibility to eat on site, however it is advisable to order your food well in advance. The bar is rather small, and might not be able to serve all customers when all appartments are occupied. In general this is not super luxury resort, but it deserves high notes when compared to other places. Majority of staff can communicate in English. It would be great if they pay more attention to their clients (like in Thailand). Always make sure whether they understand you, as very often they say yes, and then you get something else. If you have some experience working with Indian Nation, please use the same approach here. Highly recommended for family stays. Relaxing place, sorounded by the palm tree plantation and ocean of course. This is rural area, so one can easily experience real Sri Lankan lifestyle. Do not expect shopping centers, even restaurants that Europeans are used to visit no matter how much you are willing to pay. If you look for touch of luxury, not here, if you look comfortable stay in nice, natural environment, this is for you. By the way, forget about alcoholic beverages. If you want to purchase some, you must go to Trincomalee special alcoh shops.

Apartment was nice but waiters at the restaurant were absolutely rubbish. We waited 2 and half hours for our food and when I asked the waiter for beer he said there isn't any then i spoke to a manager n he said yes there is beer. I waited another 1 hour for the beer and when I went back and asked them they said they have none. I said I spoke to your manager he said there is I've been waiting for an hour it doesn't take that long then he went inside and got me a beer. They were even hesitant on giving me a menu. Not staying here or eating from this place ever again. Ocean cafe not even worth a star
