By far the slowest courier service in Sri Lanka. I have dealt with many courier services and all of them were capable of delivering a parcel from Colombo to Kandy within 24hours. It took Abans courier 5 (buisness days) days to deliver a parcel from Colombo to Kandy. ABS though is one of the few courier services in Sri Lanka which is capable of handling extremely heavy or large deliveries.( My parcel was almost 30kg). The delivery guys and the workers at Kandy were very professional and friendly. They have their fair share of faults but i wont hesitate to employ their service if the need arises, just dont expect perfect punctuality.
I was supposed to receive a parcel from an insurance agent . She has sent it with this service. Driver called me several times and asked the details of the route in the morning. Again while I the way he kept on calling again again and and was so rude and unprofessional. As I was in a meeting and couldn’t answer Driver called me in bad mannerThis is the first time I ever experience unprofessional service from a courier service Even after complaints from the sender no response from the management Never recommend this type of service
Never on time. I purchased this item from this famous online store. I paid for the item online, including the delivery charges. When they delivered they gave me another bill asking for money for the delivery charges and I said I paid for it. They refused to give me the parcel and then I had to pay for it again (price was significantly higher than what I paid online) and I couldn't reach the sender as these people came to deliver the product past 9 pm. I placed a complaint the very next day and this supervisor said that it was a mistake and that I will be refunded asap. It's been two weeks now and I have not received my refund.

Worst delivery service i have ever recieved. Delayed the deliver for weeks and the customer care is useless. Everytime you call them,they just say they will check and call back and they never do.
