Staff have no knowledge of their own products. I called to enquire about a certain product which was on their site, mentioning the model number as well. I was informed that the item from the same brand on their site was out of stock however, they have the same equipment but from another brand. So I went all the way to the showroom only to find out that it was not at all what I was looking for. The staff at the showroom just casually informed me that the person who answered my call may have not known the item I was looking for (even though I mentioned the model number). I requested that he check if it was available at another branch but he simply said it was not available anywhere (without even checking). I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service skills of the staff.

Poor customer service. Once I visited bambalpitiya both personnel having lunch. I had to wait certain time. I visited Nugegoda branch they are not checking whether items available in their other branches
