A light shop with a wide array of light fittings and accessories. But insanely expensive. Even the basic models are quite unreasonably high priced. Same designs and fittings can be bought in other stores with less warranty period. Ultimately majority of those fittings are made in PRC. However they provide a good customer service with guaranteed quality and ample parking. But on the personal note,still, its not worth the price me or anyone has to pay for.....
The shop has a good but expensive collection. But I had a bad experience as I was given wrong information on what I bought. Bought a wall lamp and asked whether I can get it in day light instead of warm light, they said I can replace the light inside the lamp with a tube light. So I decided to buy the wall lamp and a tube light. It took a significant time for them to bring the items from their storage. When I went home and try to mount the lamp, it had an LED strip and there is no place to put the tube light in. When I called the shop and asked about this issue they said they will get back to me. But they never got back to me. Next day I went to the shop and returned the 2 items and bought wall lamp which I wanted. The price was higher than that I bought earlier. So I decided to pay with my credit card. They swiped the card Rs.450/ extra. Luckily I noticed it and they decided to pay the extra amount in cash. Again they took a long time to get the items to the shop from their storage.
Variety and there is this particular customer service gentleman (middle aged) ... very helpful and courteous
Very bad service with poor quality products. Bought a solar lamp in March and within 3 months it was not working. When I took it there i was made to understand in certain instances their products wont last even a month. According to them it's something normal and to date they failed to repair it or replace. More than anything their attitude was pretty bad when things go wrong.
