Very quiet place in the busy city of nugegoda. Trains will pass here only on morning and evening. Only one Train will be at afternoon at school finishing times. Every train stops here. The ticketing counter will be on the other side of platform to the west end. If there are no trains you can easily catch a bus since the nugegoda junction and nugegoda bus stand is near by.

A railway station to use travel between Kalanivally Line. Which goes from Colombo fort to Padukka/Avissawella side. Mostly trains are available during School And Office start and close times. Trains are not cleaner. But this is the speed transport mode than road either by Bus or Own vehicles due to road traffic.

Very simple and small station situated in middle of the Nugegoda town. Only two platforms. No cross bridge.
Service is admirable here. Not that much space available here. Small space place. Lot of people come here for services. Crowded place specially in the evening. No parking space available and except few motor bicycles here. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available here.

City railway station where you can get trains to Colombo and Awissawella. Renovation process has been started in 2018 but not completed. Sanitary facilities are not up to the standard. No rest rooms. Not a clean place. So crowded in mornings and evenings
