I have ordered many cakes through Wishque for the past one and half years. Based on the lovely experience of taste and quality I ordered 2avurudu cakes and both tasted terrible this time. It was dry, bold taste and made a very unpleasant experience for the two families I sent the cakes for. Please do not drop down the quality and taste of your cakes just because you have gained a good customer base or because you guy get plenty of orders that you can't handle. Would love to experience the tastiest cakes again from you'll.
Wishque takes custom cake orders even 24 h prior and not very many places do that. That to me is a life saver specially if you couldn't plan well ahead. I had to make a small but important change to my order at the last minute. Instead of saying it is too late, the lady who spoke managed to do it for me and called me back to confirm the change. Very satisfied with the customer service. It was a nice and soft ribbon cake.

My wife loved the flowers that I sent. It was fresh and the bouquet was exactly or better than it was shown at the website. Customer service agents were good with providing information and delivery driver managed to deliver the order within the requested time frame. Highly Recommended!!!

I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday. They helped me through out the ordering process. Very good support and delivery was perfect. Actual appearance as same as the image shown in the net. Cake is tasty as well. Good job and thank you to make the day. Have only concern in delivery is, we can't mention the delivery time. Only I feel little uncomfortable for me...
Used service to send a gift to my sister on her birthday. Absolutely happy with the experience. My sister advised, the person who delivered the item was very polite and careful to present the item in its best condition. Took time to advise on storage requirements etc. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone. Would have given 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars, believe can do better with range of items on offer, especially in the jewellery section. Thank you.
