An apartment located in a very calm neighborhood. Ideal place to stay if you spending couple of days in nugegoda. All services provided with electricity, water, and utensils.
I stayed this property 2 times first time with my family. that I found property is good and clean place. but again this July 3rd to 5th I stayed here but I found property is horrible, unclean place. full of ants cockroaches. first night I bought a bread for my breakfast, but morning I found it with losts ants so cannot use it. in the fridge cant keep anything because its very dirty. in the place rack plates are place without washed. and my last day, whole day no electricity. so I recommend now this is horrible.
Very affordable and quiet apartment. Spent my time here on a business trip and was the best accommodation I have been provided in Sri Lanka. The hosts are very attentive and are always ready to provide any guidance required. So many food stores , convenient stores ,Sports & leisure centres within 5 minutes walk.
The agent here is bad, no ethics to talk to visitors. The rooms are great.

Brand new apartment in the heart of Colombo, close to all amenities - laundry, restaurants, shops, gym etc Located in a very peaceful street and our stay could only get better as we were away from all the hustle and bustle. We found the prices to be highly affordable for a good holiday apartment as it was fully furnished we will highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a holiday apartment at a premium/convenient location
