It's an Awesome place. May not have a star rating but I will recommend it is with 5 star. Awesome food, Awesome service, Awesome ambiance, Awesome staff. So nice, everything is GREAT. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Highly Recommend. Great Hotel.

Very closely located to the city center. Large, spacious and very clean rooms. Most have balconies with beautiful views of mountains and plantations. Staff is friendly, food is tasty. Had a great time at Seven Heaven.
Very close to Nuwara Eliya town, it's on a hill so beautiful views if you get a balcony view. We got one of the larger rooms, very spacious. Due to COVID the number of people staying in the hotel might be low so arrangements might be different than their usual setup. Have a chat with the manager so expectations are set. We had a great time there, would recommend.
Value for money.. Food is delicious, service is excellent and this hotel is well maintained I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.. The hotel staff is very flexible and they try their best to meet your requirements.. Great hospitality.. You don't get a very good view but that's alright because for the money that you pay you can't expect soo much.. All in all I recommend this hotel for a family or if you are coming with some friends to have good time this is a good choice in Nuwara Eliya..
