Very poor service here...I booked this cottage yesterday for one night.. when I came here.. the owner said the roof was broken..he didn't guide us.. we came here in midnight and we didn't have place to say.. owner even didn't came to visit us.. worst place in nuwara eliya.. don't ever book this place..
