This restaurant is busy during peak times specially during a long weekend. Toilets are available but beware they are not clean & not maintained well. Parking is available only for two vehicles outside

Only pizza hut outlet in Nuwara Eliya and this is the only fast food franchise. Friendly and helpful staff and quick service for dine in. Takeaway taking a long time. I like the arrangement compared to many other pizza hut outlets in the country. Same menu and the same prices. Only drawback is the parking, only few slots are available and not enough.
