One of the best place that I have stayed. From cleanliness, food, service is really great I have been to many places even 5star hotels but I have not experience this type of service. The staff is really friendly. Wish we would stay there at least one week. The view is awesome.

Situated in a place where you feel like entering into a jungle, once you reach there surrounded by beautiful mountain and the lake.. sceneric location.road is not quite good.very friendly service offered.Chef Hiran's food is awesome.Had western and Sri Lankan food.expert in both.very beautiful interior arrangement and designs.Very reasonable prices.

This is a place with an excellent viwe. Clam & quiet. Nice u can hear is that of the birds. This hotel is directly facing the Kande Ela reservoir. Nice place to spend ur vacation. The chef & the staff are hospitable.
The place was amazing. With a bird's eye view of kandeala. Especially the food made by Chef "Hiran" The creamy chicken pasta and the roast chicken dinner, and Delicious cheese omlets . The staff was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended... This was my second time at Tranquil Villa and definitely will come again..

One of the most affordable and price-worthy hotels. Ensuring an enchanting view and friendly staff. The hotel manage to even go head to head with other high end hotels. Oncr entering to the hotel I were greeted by the words "Make yourself at home". The staff were friendly throughout the stay, making sure that indeed we felt at home. Overall, Hotel Tranquil Villa is in my definite recommendations for anyone looking for a nice not too pricey yet worthy for the price place for a picture worthy "tranquil" experience of Nuwara Eliya!
