As Managing Director and founder, Nuwan Madanayake focuses on overall organizational strategy and the direction of the Nuwan Madanayake Auto Mobile Training Centre. Nuwan truly understands the apprenticeship journey from a learner’s, employer’s and leader’s perspective, as he started his career as a technician himself. He was then a team leader and received a scholarship for his higher education in Automobiles in India, which he then completed successfully and thereafter led him in to a career as a specialist for Hybrid Vehicles and systems. Nuwan’s venture into training on Hybrid systems allowed him to work on learning and development every time a new system update was made available in Hybrid Automobiles. Following this, Nuwan developed a passion of Apprenticeship and Training Management and has since moved into this whilst looking at it from both the employer’s and the apprentice’s points of view.
