Located right next to the people's Bank Kottawa branch facing the 174 bus route Kottawa-Borella Road. Easily accessible place for a quick shopping. Usually there is no queue. Co-op Super Kottawa won the best Co-op super in the country in 2018. Very friendly service. Staff has not been changed from years and they recognise customers and serve them pleasantly. They support the customers to load stuff into vehicles. Considering the goods they have many local brands and encourage small businesses by selling small business products. They have a great range of groceries. But you can't find international brands in this place. They sell vegetables and if you visit the store in morning you can find local vegetables of good quality. I noticed several negative things Iike their racks are overloaded most of the time which makes it difficult to get the items you need without toppling. They stack cookies next to soaps which makes the cookies taste like soap sometimes. It would have been great if they offer a loyalty card to encourage the regular customers. There is a milk bar right next to the store where you can buy fresh milk and other milk products.
Newly build and good place to visit to buy cheap items. Every grossary item that you wanna buy is here and they have discounts no matter what you bought. I think this controls by the government. If they want this to be like keells, aprico and cargills they have to do lots of improvements
