I often visit dialog for my bill settling, on every visit i would like to let you know that this cashier named Hashini is doing a great job on her customer care. i would like to mention she's always friendly and smiling to all the customers.
Very bad service. I went to convert my postpaid connection to a prepaid. They told me it will be reconnected in 2 hours but it did not even after 2 days! Instead of converting my connection to a prepaid they had disconnected it. And charged me thousands of rupees extra. A bunch of idiots.
Not bad, had to wait for 40 minutes. Probably because of high crouded time. However it does not seem that they bother about delay
Good service . Not many crowd. Only 2 counters though. Took about 10-15minutes to go to a counter. Parking facilities not available
