Horrible, terrifying experience. My dog was boarded for 4 nights in the VIP suite while we went on a cruise. She is 10 years old and diabetic, and is used to being around people so I did not want to leave her on a cage. So I paid more. I warned them that she is a mischievous little schnauzer, to please not leave anything dangerous around. Needless to say, they did. She got a hold of a treat bag and ate it all. Luckily, it was my port day. I texted to check on her, to learn she was terribly sick. She was taken to the vet. Dog Ladys house owner decided - on her own - to bring her back against my vet's recommendation, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE! I called them back and told them to take her back, so she was monitored, and then discharged. Guess who paid the bill? Really. The owner cried when I came to pick her up, but I don't care. They ignored my requests to refund the remaining of the cost which my insurance didn't cover, and was completely ignored. If you care about your pet's wellbeing and ensure it won't be left in harm's way, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My dog is a child to me and she could have died simply because they didn't want to be responsible for a vet bill. We were lucky that I called and instructed to leave her at the vet (whom I trust entirely), and she was taken back for proper care. Luckily I was available that day. I would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience ever.

Very disappointed in the way my two dogs were treated. Mostly my big one. Will never use the services again due to the fact that my big dog came back to me with a scar on his snout.
