Bad experience due to unnecessary arguments on payments, when bookings were made online. Very bad hospitality and will not recommend to anyone.

It was alright. Compared to other places I visited I'd say average price for below average service (e.g. no soap, no toilet paper, no towel, no garbage bin, yes mosquito net but it does not fit over the bed plus it has holes...). Bandula, the host, saved me a lot of time by being knowledge about buses, providing tuktuk rides and renting a bike.

Great place near the rice fields and with chillfull view :) we ate here delicious breakfast and the best kottu in Sri Lanka. Very nice, helpful and communicative owners :) You can rent a bike here for sightseeing Polonnaruwa. The rooms are clean with mosquito nets inside. :)
Calm place besides greeny paddy fields with parakrama lake wind. Walking distance to Ruins gal viharaya. Reasonable rates.
