If you're looking for that perfect Biriyani, this is the place for it. They are flavorful and cooked to perfection. All main dishes are given in clay pots with foil wrapping that preserves the heat and flavor for a long period of time. Staff is friendly and provides an efficient service. Prices seems moderate, however its definitely justifiable based on the overall quality of food.
First of all, Thank you so much for providing standardized and keen meals to the customers. Specially they exactly know the meal combination about customers special fare needs. The food at the Pot Biriyani was always delicious! Specially Mutton Biriyani. Eat dish is seasoned with spices and flavored which come out smelling savory and appetizing, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to similar places in Colombo and just as good, if not better!
Excellent taste.. had the both the mutton and chicken biriyani. Even the side dishes that came with it were tasty but may not be enough for 6 people.The rice used is the "keeri Samba" rice and its different to the conventional biriyani but we love it.. highly recommended.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the biriyani. Great food at a great simple price! Whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No delays everything happened on time as they said. Keep it up the good work! CHEERS :)
You get the portions more than enough just like they claim. Good side dishes and they are delicious. Taste of the "keeri samba" biryani is little bit below the expectations. But overall it is a good place to taste Biryani here in Colombo
I ordered a mutton biriyani on 6th,it’s not upto expected standard & not tasty. Not recommending .
Good taste. It is better if you can use something else instead of plastic boxes.
