Clean enough, spacious, lots of equiments-all Manuel and old, friendly staff, can't get better for this price, it's cheap and adequate. Started loving this place.
There is a good gym in Panadura .biggest gym in area.no crowded at morning gym and evening is busy time.all fitness equipment have at this gym A large land area can be practiced freely and the staff are very friendly.. The layout is very good with lots of space available.
Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent crowd. All amnesties are available. convenient working hours.
Good place to do workout. They check members and guide them well. Manager also good and all staf are friendly to members.
