The products are overpriced. But the customer service is decent. If you are unaware of the product prices in the market, better go with someone who knows. Else you would end up spending a lot money on things that really don't worth that much. They have a good range of products compared to Laksala

It's a nice place but extremely costly. Well whole Shrilanka is very costly but I felt the products were above normal pricing. It's personal feeling only. You can always check. I didn't buy anything there.

Indigenous pecious stones at the very place of their origin. Impressed with personalised attention of all staff from lower functionary to manager, whether one buys anything or not. A good culture and attitude.

All other reviews are by 'local guides'. I have been a customer here, unfortunately. STAY AWAY from this store! I was sold VERY expensive sapphires. The friendly guy who assisted me told me about their carats and that they were of the best quality, color, cut, etc. ... I was shown the licence that Premadasas received from the Gov't. When I asked for a certificate of authenticity I was told to pay first and that I will get it with the bill. No certificate came ... It was already too late to change my mind as I had already paid. Once home I have had the stones seen by an expert. They are worth no more than USD200(!) and not the USD850 that I was asked. If no stars could be an option I would give Premadasas ZERO STARS. I tell you again: STAY AWAY. A very very bad experience.
