We gave our wedding suits for dry clean and they have done very well. Pickup and delivery service is very good and delivered on time as they promised. Highly Recommended. One of the best laundry service provider.

The laundry comes back clean. The delivery/pickup was late 5 out of 6 times. The 3 day service actually takes 5 days and the 24 hrs service at least 48 hrs including the pick up and drop off. The folding is sloppy and careless. It's ok. Definately not the sparkly service they promise on their site.
One of the best places to cater all the laundry needs. They provide pickup and delivery services to the doorstep via calling directly or their mobile app. Provide good customer service. We dry clean our wedding dresses and they have done a very good job. Highly recommended.

Well, it's a convenient app but from my experience so far, they haven't been able to come on time or even any time closer to the time that was given. Since they were late to pick the item, I went to their plant to drop it off. But I must say the place looked very clean and everything was handled professionally thereafter. The staff also looked very clean and neat.
Really good service. Only issue is that they didn't come during the allocate time slot. They came almost 45mins late. But the service was so good that I didn't complain.
Professional service and apps are in high standards. Only concern is the lack of punctuality that I noticed recently; Keep your customer informed if there is any changes in the timings from what's committed.
