I've been buying from Saaraketha for a few years now and it's totally changed our family's approach to food! Besides being organic, the produce is super fresh, and stays fresh in their packaging, and we are now eating more vegetables and have now incorporated into our diet several types of greens and yams that we had never tried before! It's value for money in the end because nothing has to be thrown away because it's spoilt. We order a box each week (sharing pix of the box that was delivered today) and the service and delivery have been reliable and good through the years. Really proud to see a Sri Lankan company give such a world-class product!
Love the Organic produce delivered by Saaraketha. They have an excellent website which gives a large range of products along with even recipes. This is great as I like to to buy products that I am not familiar with. Excellent customer service. If you don't get a product they always send a gift card, and they are so friendly to deal with. Reliable and the only company that didnt let me down during the curfew period too. Very happy with their service and the quality of the Organic produce.

Amazing service. More importantly, amazing organic products. I would recommend this to anyone. They are still beginning their operations in Sri Lanka i guess... so some functions of the website might not work. They deliver on Every Tuesday and Friday. I live in Germany but I have the ability to place orders to a Sri Lankan address. They have the option as cash on delivery. 5 star rating for the amazing customer service.
Appreciate their business effort and support for local farmers. Good products. I had a issue with my order and they solved it and resend the order at their earliest. Appreciate their attention to solve the issue and quick response. Area to be improved - When I contacted through phone line, their response was very poor and had to contact several times but not effective. My order issue was communicated and solved through social media ( messenger and Instagram). I believe they should improve response service for the customers who connect through phone line as everyone not familiar with social media communication. Other than that my experience with them was great.
They don't update non available items and issuing credit to buy again without transfer credit. Also no response for emails and pending delivery items. I have 2 pending orders 14892, 14308 hope they will communicate soin
Beware! Scammers at their absolute best!! Absolute worst of the stores I've come to contact with. Didn't send over LKR 1000 worth of goods and they updated it as store credit. And guess how much the store credit was LKR 270.50!! I will never shop with them ever again.
