This is the worst bank i have ever seen. The manager of the seeduwa branch don't know any thing about customer service. Always in angry mood. I had to spent more than 2 hours to take a true copy for a deposit receipt since the original receipt has erased due to very low quality ink use by bank. At first Manager rejected to give me true copy and after made a complaint to area manager, she solved the problem. We can realise that manager is not suitable for that position and not well educated for that post.

I did the wrong transaction mistakenly to BOC Siduwa branch acc, Branch manager & Ms.Bhagaya helps me a lot to correct this since their internet banking section didn't flow in this case even they didn't request customer consent from Sidua branch. Ms.Bhagya involves this issue she sent customer content request latter & sort out this issue I am really appreciate her service even I was other bank customer.
Seeduwa branch Customer attention is Zero. Waiting more than two hours for open a FD.Disgusting. No point of make a complaint.eventhough we complain on this regard they do not take any action.
