Not a thing let this guest house down. Great staffs, close to Nuwara Eliya city and nice sized comfortable rooms. We had a very enjoyable relaxing rest during the stay. The meals we had for dinner was very delicious. Good value for the price paid. We will certainly be back to stay at Kent in the future.

Kent guesthouse is charming and affordable guesthouse located in a nice neighbourhood. Always I had great friendly service by the staff. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Meals are excellent and reasonably priced. I would never stay anywhere else whilst visiting Nuwara Eliya. It's also a great place to meet fellow travellers to share experiences while relaxing in its nice backyard in the evenings. Whether your there for business or just holidaying its ideal. Highly recommended.
Very good place stay for family
Absolutely wonderful place. Checked in around 1am after arriving in Nuwara Eliya. Convenient location to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well priced and have everything you need. Recommend the food here too. The food was fresh and the tea is really good.
The guest house is mostly clean. The staffs are friendly, and try their best to help you. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and security is good. Try the 'traditional' breakfast'. I can highly recommend booking this place.
The guesthouse is warm, friendly and peaceful. The layout is simple and gives privacy and quiet and well thought out furnishings. The staff is simply the best staff I've ever encountered. They made helpful suggestions that enhanced my visit to Nuwara Eliya.
මට මෙතෙක් හමුවූ නරකතම ස්ථානය මෙයයි. මම දින දෙකක් නවාතැන් ගැනීමට මගේ පවුලේ අය සමග මෙම ස්ථානයට පැමිණියේය. "කපිල" නමින් හඳුන්වන මෙම ස්ථානයේ හිමිකරු අප එන විට දැඩි ලෙස මත්පැන් පානය කර සිටියා. නමුත් අපි වෙනත් ස්ථානයක් සොයා ගැනීමට නොහැකි නිසා අපි එක දවසක් නැවතී සිටියෙමු. ඊට පස්සේ නරක දේවල් පටන් ගන්න පටන් ගත්තා. මගේ බිරිඳ සහ දියණිය නාන කාමරය භාවිතා කළ විට ඔහු ඒ අවට ගෙවසමින් සිටියා. මම අසල ඉස්සරහ කඩේට ගිය විට එම ස්ථානය ගැන වැඩි විස්තර දෑන ගත්තා. කාලයකට කලින් මේ ස්ථානය විදේශීය සංචාරකයින් අතර ඉතා ජනප්රිය වී ඇත. නමුත් ඔහු සමග ඇති වූ ගැටළු ගණනාවකින් පසුව, විදේශීය සංචාරකයින් එන්නේ නෑත.. කුස්සිය හරිම අපිරිසිදුයි. හරි ගදයි. එක් අවස්ථාවක ඔහුට නවති සිටි දේශීය අමුත්තන් විසින් ඔහුට පහර දී ඇත. හේතුව ඔහු කාන්තාවක් නාන කොට බාත් රූම් එක දොර ඈරලා ඈතුල් වෙලා බ්මත්ව. ඒ නිසා හොඳ පවුලක් සඳහා රැඳී සිටීම හොඳ තැනක් නොවේ. ඔබට කරදරවලින් මිදීමට අවශ්ය නම් මෙම ස්ථානය එන එක වළක්වන්න. This is the worst accommodation I ever met. I came to this place recently with my family after booking for 2 days stay. But we stayed only one day just because we couldn’t find a another place. The owner of this place who is called “Kapila“ was heavily drunk when we checked in. We wanted to leave the place immediately. We had no choice but to wait until find a another place. Things started to get worst after that. I noticed that, he was wondering around when my wife and daughter used the bathroom. I heard more about the place when I went to a shop nearby. This place has been very popular with foreign tourists at the begging. But after a lot of problems caused by him, now not even local people say there. On one occasion, he has been heavily beaten by some local guests who were staying there, because he tried to get in a lady’s room. So this is not a good place to stay for a decent family. Avoid this place if you want to stay out of troubles.
