If you love authentic Indian food, you must visit this restaurant. It is a small shop run by a family and the food is prepared by the mother. It tastes like you are having your homemade food. This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They will answer any questions you asked about their food. The prices are reasonable and there is limited parking.
One of the best dosais I have ever eaten in my life...they have a variety of awesome tasting dosais to quench your taste buds.They have really good catering as well and will help you select the most tasty dosais in town.After coming to the kovil its a good spot to have some appetizing food and chill with the good cold breeze.They have a very very friendly staff and most of all I must say Waiter Kabeeshan served everything very quick even before I asked for the food.He is a one man worker and didn’t even expect a tip from me.A really generous guy and a very helpful handy man.He also did some odd jobs for me and showed me routes around nuwareliya as that was his home town.You guys must visit this cafe.All the best Kabeeshan
"What a lovely restaurant, Excellent environment, friendly service, great dosa choices, and really decent food at affordable price, and good atmosphere, definitely hope to go back. The dosas were YUMMY!!!! And the vada was also very CRISPY!!!. I would recommend this lovely restaurant for vegetarian food and will try to go back again...

Avoid and go for another veg option in the city. No hygiene, there was hair in Sambhar. Utensils weren't cleaned properly. This cheat said 100 bucks for Medu Vada plate when we placed order (there is no menu card) and ended up asking for 100 bucks per Medu Vada (500 total, he served five). Amba's is a better pure veg option in Ella
