First i came to this place 1 month ago, my homestay host took me here for a barbecue night. First i came to this place 1 month ago, my homestay host took me here for a barbecue night. Initially i wanted to spend 2-3 nights in Sigiriya, but it became 8 nights. I made local friends and after a roundtrip on the Island i came back beacause i love this place so much. The view from the restaurant garden is awsome! . It is ideal for Naturelovers just like me, they have a wood couch from where i can adore the Lion's Rock view for many hours and sip my pineapple juice simultaneously. Evening times they start a campfire and play fine selected electronic Beats. Every Friday they make a Techno Party until next day's sunrise (and maybe longer)!!! This way we easily became friends with the owner and the staff. 2 weeks ago i extended my Visa with additional 2 months and keep coming back to this place for friendly afternoon chats, wild friday night parties and the devilled chicken with home made roties prepared with love by Roshen & Sanjeewa cooks. Right now as i am writing these lines i am sitting in the Garden, watching the warm colors of the Sky after sunset and listening to melodic music. So, i fall in love with this Island and my favourite spot is this Restaurant. Recommend it to all, who like friendly atmosphere, chilled beats & nature! Cheers Guys! Gábor form Budapest Hungary.
