This place is really efficient. The place have very good customer service as well. It is near batharamulla town and within walking distance from the bus halt.

It is utterly pointless having the breakdown hotline 1987. Extremely poor service quality, most of the time no one would answer the call and when they do the officer would ignorantly say that there's nothing they can do. Clearly lacks respect for their jobs and poor awareness of their duties. They would never bother to promptly assign a breakdown team to the required place of attention or even know what the status of the breakdown check. Another Big disappointment is what it is. Is this how we plan to develop as a country?, The state needs to monitor national services such as this very seriously with proper care and attention.

This is wrong information. This place is Electricity Board Sri Jayawardhanapura Regional Office located at Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla. In google maps for some reason all the places in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka, mentioned as Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte. This is very confusing for local (Sri Lankan) users because they identify Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte and Battaramulla as two different towns in Sri Lanka, even if Battaramulla located adjacent to the Capital of Sri Lanka, Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte.
