I was very disappointed by the quantity of food because they mentioned that regular portion of rice was enough for 2 to 3 people. But it was only enough for 1 person. Don't get the food delivered or takeaway. Gravy curry has to be packed in a container but it was packed in just polythene in a cardboard box. I hate it. Packing is just a mess.it would be the worst packing.

First the good: The rice was really good. Enjoyed the great taste. This is the only reason this rating has 3 stars. Hot butter mushroom was marginally above average. Seemed old and re-cooked to serve me. Something between good and bad: The food took a long time to arrive, and this I assume is good because we were given the impression it was freshly prepared for our order. I could be wrong, since the hot butter mushroom was definitely re-heated. Now the bad! First, the unavailability of 'set menu' for dine in. Atrocious. Second, the waiter's lies: "The small portion is enough for one person only". Really? Didn't know both of us were one person. Third, the food dishes was brought to our table by hand. Not on a tray. I do not like that. The table had ample space for the tray to land on, and we were only 2 people on a table for 4. Fourth, the time it took for the bill to arrive. I asked the waiter who was present there (not the one who originally took the order but the other one who brought our order) while i was still eating, to bring the bill. Didn't arrive till 15 minutes after i finished, and all the plates were taken away. I will only return as a take-away or delivery customer, as the food was good, and i assume it will remain the same or improve.
The place is really good. There is a personal room as well in case if you wanna have a private gathering. Food is not that tasty. But there are sharing portions which are really good for gatherings. Customer service is good. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small parking area which can accommodate around 4-5 vehicles

Came here few months back and the service was really good. I even left a 5 star review on this. But I visited today and the quality of the food was really bad and the quantity was very small. And the waiter who treated us was very lethargic. It’s surprising to see a good chain go down like this in a few months, maybe it was the manager who was there that handle everything well when we came the last time or something but now the Nawala branch is really bad. I think the manager which was there few months back was called Gabriel, who treated us really good and when he was present the quality was amazing and he was friendly as well. It’s disappointing because I live around pagoda road and this is the closest branch. And I have to deal with this when ever I need to order Chinese food.
