This was a very good place initially but after changing Administration of the office, there policies has changed. Read the Contract carefully and follow up on the payments. Specially people who's using hot desks for short time period. I had a dispute, Where I booked the hot desk for one month and they kept the Advance saying I need to give two weeks written notice and it's in the agreement which they didn't share a copy of the agreement until requested. I have used this place soon after they opened and few time after that and this incident happen during last booking. #AngeReview Thanks for the response. Few facts are not correct in below response. 1. Copy of the contract was provided to you following signature from both parties - Copy provides once the dispute happened over an email. 2. We also offered to refund your deposit in full however you did not respond to our calls and messages requesting for your bank details. – There was one ring cut from the number and got disconnect even before I answer the call. And did not offered refund at all. You had my email and contact number if you really wanted to contact me. I don’t need the refund and added this review for people who’s using or plan to use to be aware of such situations. 3. As mentioned in our contract, we require in writing at least a weeks notice so we are able to fill your seat prior to you leaving the space however you gave us a days notice. – It was a week ahead. Not days noticed. Please share true facts in social media. Thanks for the good service provided in the initial bookings.
