A special place amidst plenty around Nawala Road. I have visited and observed many pre schools and this one stands out. Tucked away in a convenient spot, Little VIPs is easy to find and parking has never been a hassle. The montessori itself is built upon a house-infrastructure and consists of 2-3 stories. The premises are maintained well and everything looks clean and child-friendly. The staff consists of about 7 teachers (at present) and a couple of helpers. There are around 50 kids at a given time. These two facts makes one point obvious: children are well looked after and individual attention is assured with an acceptable teacher to kids ratio. That's what any parent wants at the end of the day. Someone to take over your child/children and letting you get on without them for a few hours a day with peace of mind, knowing that they're safe and in good hands. They have day care facilities too and the kids are well fed and looked after just like at home. From the Principal to the teachers to the helpers, everyone is friendly and helpful without being pretentious. Their smiles are genuine, their care is dependable and their hearts are in the right places. Why do I harp on and on about their goodness? Simply because I have my daughter there and now I'm not worried about her future. A 3 year old girl who wouldn't speak a word in front of strangers have lots of friends now at 4 and can recite a poem out loud in front of a crowd. That's how much Little VIPs has changed her. A great school, wonderful teachers and a solid educational / social foundation for a child who will be a star in someway, someday.
