This place lacks humanity, let alone customer care.. I have been a faithful customer of Allumex for decades, but not anymore.. Yesterday I was taking my mother-in-law to Nawala, looking for a place for lunch, after her medical check up.. We were all hungry and tired, and she was ill.. It was heavily raining and there was a very heavy traffic towards Nawala.. With the hope of getting into nearby "Chopsticks" (which had no parking and it was impossible to park on the road), I pulled into parking space infront of Lumin concepts showroom.. The showroom and parking lot were absolutely empty at the time.. No sooner appeared the security officer, followed by manager and some other high officials, who insisted that the place belongs to Hayley's, and no parking is allowed saved for customers.. When i tried to reason with them that I have been a customer for years, and there should be an exception to their rules during such bad situations, to which they told me to talk to Hayley's management (which is precisely what I plan to do).. Yes, I get it.. It's absolutely legal for you to keep neatly marked empty parking spaces in your upscale showroom while other people suffer great inconveniences in the surrounding in heavy traffic and rain.. But I think it would be foolish to forget that those 'other people' can be potential customers one day.. With such horrible work attitudes, I cannot guarantee them a bright future..
