The tallest building in nawala area. Designated to offices. Mostly IT companies are rented here. 5 floors assigned to car parking. Staffs and administration people are so friendly. Each office has reception area and maga staffs responsible for that. They always keep clean and tidy environment. Rent is bit higher than other places. Totally eight lifts are here. They have fire management system. Usually do fire testing once in a month or once in two months. Safe environment for work especially for ladies
