Appalling service.As i am in the design trade i have worked with them - 1. Takes order 2. Collects full payment 3. Delays with order 3. Items - 3 mirrors ready for collection 4. On inspection mirrors badly scratched 5. Awaiting resolution.

Utterly appalling service by sales team.
Over the years place improved a lot. High quality service, and friendly staff. However, it take a long time to deliver.
Slow service. They have parking space and accept visa credit cards, but charge the bank commission from client if you pay with credit card. Mirrors are bit expensive and takes quite a long time to deliver the goods. I installed mirrors at my gym. Now I'm planning to shift to a different location. However they say that mirrors cannot be removed bcz they don't consider about removing the mirrors if the client needs it in the future
Excellent service matching exact customer requirement. Items were customized according to needs and at best price in town.
One stop glass store for home requirements. From window glasses to mirrors to temper glasses. Price is bit high but quality is great.
Good quality products but takes way too long
Utterly appalling service received today. I will never shop there again. Having ordered, paid for and had confirmation that our mirror was ready for collection. They refused to hand over my order because my husband had ordered this our 3rd order and I didn't have the invoice. I had called my husband whilst at their shop for the order number. So they had the duplicate book in front of them. His took them over half an hour and a 350/- tuc tuc journey. I am not allowed our mirror. Total waste of my time and money. I'm still in shock as to how inflexible they were, I wasn't allowed to speak to the manager. Astonishing that these guys are in business. This whole mess has proved extremely inconvenient as I was going to take it to our guesthouse on the East coast today so that we can finish our new guest room. Very very poor attitude. I was relatively happy with the previous 2 orders except for them not packing them with any protective wrapping., having explained that we had a long 7hr journey, not their problem, this is how they come. Not cheap, 2 mirrors with frames 38,000 . I repeat I will NEVER NEVER shop there again. I was because we have more rooms on the way. And I was going to get shower cubicles etc also but will definately go elsewhere and will definately advise others to do likewise. Their loss in the end
