Wanted an ombre as advertised in their social media posts. This was not successful and extremely splotchy. The artist explained that the quality of sponge was the impediment. Thereafter, requested her to do suggest something that she thinks will work well. She did glitter tips and a intricate stamp on the ring finger. It was beautiful and very neat.

They will not listen to what the customer wants. The nail artist looked at the photos I showed and said that she can do an ombre as in the pictures. She didn't know what she was doing and after multiple failed attempts, I asked her to do something that she can actually do. She was not ready to accept that she can't do what she was asked to do, cut off more than half of my nails without even considering my opinion. I give 2 stars because the lady who did my mom's nails did a decent job compared to mine.
This place is always crowded. Needs more space for parking and also for people to sit. Their service is very good. And people are very good as well. You need to best have an appointment before going there because it is always crowded. Mostly famous for bridal manicure and pedicures
