Very poor after sales service. After having informed the issue,I was asked to pay 4000/- as inspection charges and i did it. Service team came after 1 week and fixed the problem. Within very first day it a was broken and still it's pending after more than two weeks. Will not able to recommend this brand to anyone hereafter due to poor after sales service.

I bought a Roller Door from Three Sinha and I must say it was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end of the installation, The Sales Manager that I was in contact with was Mr. Sampath Mahagedara, Who came for the initial inspection and advised me on what requirements I have to fullfil before the installation of a Roller Door, and also pointed out that my original height and width of the Roller Door may cost me more money and be less of use to me dependent on where my house is located, after coming back for the final inspection and to collect the advance payment I was given a delivery date for the Roller Door, 13th of March 2020 and it arrived in the exact date after confirming with me, The technical team that arrived was very friendly and did there job perfectly and I also happy to know that one of them (The one wearing Red Jacket) was with Three Sinha for over 8 years and have installed countless number of Roller Doors, so all I have to say is I would recommend Three Sinha, and I will update this review with my after sales experience with them in time.
The worst, most absolutely shocking service from any supplier I have received in my entire 30 year working career. Lies, false promises, rudeness and holding me to ransom to replace/repair a door that I never authorized the repair of in the first place. The managing director refuses to speak to me and gets his sectrary to do the talking. Spineless coward. Most unprofessional bunch of backyard mechanics I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them if they were the last company on the face of the earth.
Excellent service provided by the front office staff. I am impressed with their product knowledge and as per that the products they offer are with great quality. I recommend for those who read these reviews, not to hesitate to choose Three Sinha products for relevant construction needs.
Beware of this door providers. They are the worst and most cunning. My door has problems from the day its fixed. Today it has rolled and collapsed to otherside. It even doesn't have safety stops which is horrible. Now they tell it has happened from my side. Do not even think of buying any from these people. I gave one star cz there is no negative stars.
I recommend three sinha for other customers as well. Great service & higher quality products. They have all kind of gates and I highly recommend their products.
