I got my Xiaomi MI A1 battery replaced by them. Within 2 months or so it failed again. Cos of lockdown i contacted a phone shop through FB. Asked them to send the battery. I opened the phone for a surprise. What i was given by Xiaomi Sri Lanka was very poor quality. Phone House Nugegoda has sent me a much better quality battery. (Im sure both are not genuine. But Phone house battery is much better) I expected the Xiaomi Sri Lanka's repair to be genuine. That's the main reason i went to get the repair done by them. Apparently their replacement battery didnt even fill the battery compartment of the phone. Poorly wrapped low quality battery. The battery i got from The Phone House Nugegoda looks & feels much better. Fills the battery compartment. Im sure Xiaomi Sri Lanka's battery didnt have the proper capacity. I didnt get the battery through ebay or ali express expecting the genuine service from Xiaomi Sri Lanka. If you need the phone repaired, I dont recommend these people at all. Just go to Phone House Nugegoda. Atleast they say what they can do. Genuine people. Or find some other place. Thanks
With the pandemic import restrictions the gentleman took nearly two and half months to replace my phone's damaged part. However I am quite satisfied about the service he provided.
Be aware, this is not an authorized dealer or a service agent of Xiaomi. Don't get misled by the name. Had a really bad and frustating experience with them. I went there to replace the display of my Xiaomi phone, since the authorized service agent don't have replacement parts due to Covid 19. The third party display they installed to my phone is not compatible with the phone and does not work with the phone. The phone is totally unusable now. And they charged even more than the cost of genuine display. I didn't even bring the phone back since I have a zero faith on them. Never visit the place to repair your Xiaomi phones.
Great service. The charges for the service is acceptable. Currently provide services to Xiaomi devices only. Servicing, repairing, part replacements are done. One day service is available. Friendly service. Servicing and repairing is done in front of the user. In my case I went for a microphone replacement and the service agent explained the issue very well prior opening the phone. Service is recommended. Better to obtain a time prior visiting the place.

Had a very bad experience.Bought a new M.I phone from them.It got stucked more than 3 times now.They said they replaced the display.But it stucked again.They were keeping the phone for several weeks now.Not replacing a phone to phone at least.Very disappointed.
Service and customer service is impeccable. Recommended for any Xiaomi related maintenance and repairs.
