It was very nice stay. Hotel is next to the beach, with good restaurant, houses are very comfortable, but while making reservation check if you're room is possible to close - or wasn't, it was "open space", which means we had no doors between room and balcony, as you can see on tyre pictures. Luckily we had spare bedsheet and something to hang it on, so that people outside wouldn't see is inside the room. We had our small private swimming pool though, and it was the only room with something like that - I mean that small rectangular thing outside balcony. I liked it a lot, good place to cool down during the day.
Our Cabana was close by so we came here a couple of times to have breakfast. The service was good and the breakfast plenty, especially for the price. We also came for the new years dinner with huge grilled fishes.
This was the best place I stayed in Sri Lanka . If you come to Tangalle, don't stay anywhere else. We stayed in the most amazing tree house ever. With lagoon and beach views. It was magical. Sandy is so friendly and welcoming. There is a brilliant pool and you can go kayaking on the lagoon ,the whole place just oozes with happy, chill vibes
The most importent thing about a room is the bed. Here the bed is great.
Best beach cabanas and huts .directly on the beach. It was the best place to stay when the sun beating down. All cabanas are natural style and even in the room there is bit space for you... great place and good energy thanks sandy
We really enjoyed the place! Quiet and peaceful without loud music, perfect for relax after days of travelling. Pros: Nice, clean and cozy bungalows with fan. The staff and the owner are very nice and friendly people. The breakfast is included and is amazing - you can choose from fresh fruits, yoghurt, toasts, typical Sri Lanka or western style breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty. We also had dinners here - it’s all you can eat curry buffet or fish&curry buffet with fish freshly grilled on the beach, again very tasty :) A woman (I think she’s a wife of the owner) is very nice and really cares. Thanks to her the service is great and you can have your coctail or food in a few minutes. It’s right on the beach, which is clean, with a lot of sunbeds and with fresh water shower and if the waves are too high, you can refresh yourself in swimming pool with sea water. Cons: I can’t find any cons. I really enjoyed this place. Just relax, read the book, listen the ocean waves and enjoy the food and coctails. I 100% recommend this place! :)
First it is a great location. One side is the sea and other side is the lagoon. Only problem is the swimming you have to be careful . There are lots off places you can enter water but you have check. Other wise they got sea water pool that is fresh . They change water every two weeks and pool is fresh. Great morning breakfast with all the options and the evening buffet is best we seen. All the food are made with coconut milk and good srilankan way. No cola no itailan coffee and western food .all are healthy local food. And the concept is great. Free meditation . Good spa, natural style cabanas and middle off great relaxing beach. Thanks big boss sandy he was cool guy
