Had to stay for an appendix removal. Cannot say it was bad. Much better care than most hospitals I've experienced.

Pharmacy workers took So much time to issue medicines. We had to wait more than 40 minutes at there.. Crowded and no proper social distance maintaining system.. Very bad service. We go to a paid private hospital for save time and for our convenient. But sorry to say that Government hospitals are really better than this.. Really dissapointed.. Will never go there again...

I happened to visit this hospital this morning for a couple of tests to be done. Having made the payment for same at the counter I proceeded to the lab where I was met by a nurse named Ms. Lakmali who took the time to go through the prescription as well as the bill comparing item to item and found that the counter officer had made a mistake in over changing me a sum of Rs. 790/- by billing me the same test separately. She took the time to walk up to the counter officer and have him reverse the entry and issue a new invoice with a refund of the sum of Rs. 790/- given to me in cash. Now that is what I call customer service beyond ones duty. Therefore I feel that she should be rewarded and appreciated for her excellent service whereby bringing satisfaction to the customer. Thank you once again.RJ

Crowded, ppl were hardly social distancing once inside. Not sure who's responbility it is, because with all the guidance and marking, ppl just crowded outside channeling rooms. There were plenty of staff who could have asked or reminded ppl to take precautions. I think the channeling section and time should be managed better to avoid crowding and enable social distancing, so we can consult the doctors, following health protocols. This picture is nothing compared to the crowd at the peak of channeling time. Also, doctor was supposed to start at 8am, came at 9.10am, no one was informed about this delay. While delays by doctors are inevitable, communication with patients is key, especially that means that they are hanging around unnecessarily.

I tried to figure out any good side of this hospital.. Ah yes! It is not that far from my home. Yes, it is the only plus point of it. The service given by the hospital was surprisingly too bad. Nobody take the responsibility plus no attention to the patients, but at the end money comes first. Very experienced supporting staff inclusive of nurses, sisters and lab persons. I am just wondering why I should pay money to have this kind of treat from a private hospital. Gov hospital, on the other hand, has responsibility and caring than this. Unless you have any urgency, I dont recommend this hospital to anybody...

Their service is good. Parking is insufficient most of the times.

Be very careful wen you get the service from the lab. We nearly lost our son due to their negligence. We went to consult a Doctor as our son was complaining of a chest and stomach pain. Our Doctor told us to get a blood test done. We went and gave the sample and they told that they will inform if positive. Since we didn't get a call we were not in a hurry to collect the reports. Then at about 8.30pm my husband had to go to Thalawathugoda for some other thing and on the way he had gone to collect the reports. At that time they have told that they were waiting for us to come as the girl who took the contact details has done a mistake. To see our child was Dengie positive. My husband has given the correct number but she has messed it up. We immediately called the Doctor and took him to Lady Ridgeway. The Doctors told us that a 03 hr delay would have taken his life. We took our child to Hemas as it was near to us and thought it took good care of people. But to see they don't take others lives seriously. If the number was wrong they should have checked it with the counters. We normally get a message after getting an appointment. They should have tracked down from there but instead they were waiting for us to come. And knowing how dangerous this is. What if we had gone on the next day ?? Luckily the Doctors at Lady Ridgeway took very good care of our child saved him. Think twice if anyone is getting the service from Hemas. Hemas .. don't do this to people. As a hospital you all should be more responsible. Don't try to play with lives

I made an online booking via hemas app and when I contact hemas they said the appointment is not in the system but my credit card has already been charged. They didn’t neither reverse the transaction nor the appointment. Worst health service provider in Sri Lanka
