The Hotel is on a good location, where the needs and wants are close by......with Dutch Bay in front, featuring with all sorts of water sports and activities like Scuba Diving, Dolphin whale watching as they are affiliated with Blue Water Sports, Trincomalee. our room and services were also neat and clean too.....

Worst place ever, Parking is not available. Rooms were not clean at all. So we left without staying there. They have no idea what customer service is. If you are planning to stay in Trincomalee and have a good time, i suggest you find another place.
Awesome place to stay... The beach is just outside. Everyday you can wake up to see the sunrise.
Very comfortable place with a beautiful beach view.
Situated near by Trinco town and nice beach side to spend vaction, foods not be provided so we have to take food from near by place, they also provided delicious food with arranging out door tabel near the beach.
Great bare bones hostel style place with beach access. Nice little beach chairs and two covered spots. A/C in the rooms if you pay for it. Private rooms and dorm style rooms are available. While they don't serve food here, they are next to an awesome restaurant called Green Park that serves halal Sri Lankan and other South Asian food. If you want coffee in the morning, bring your own nescafe, Dutch Bay Cottages has an electric kettle. There is an alcohol shop a hundred meters away if you want a drink by the beach. The people who run it are very nice and happy to help. We went scuba diving for six hours and they watched our two year old son for almost nothing. I would definitely come back here if I come back to Trincomalee.
Ok for a few nights but wouldn't be able to stay longer. The good thing is that it is directly on a beach. Beach is quite clean. The rooms are ok, however the bathroom is awful. No breakfast offered and the restaurants arroud aren't particularly good.
Really nice place with very friendly and helpful people, don't be put off by the front, inside are clean cool rooms and a fab beach front terrace
