Very nice growing small business in Sri Lanka delivery fantastic customer satisfaction service at the highest standards. I ordered a cake online to be delivered to Eastern part of Sri Lanka from London. Due to the current global situation none of the popular online businesses of the same nature extended their service to Trincomalee. After googling around i came cross this outlet. I never expected this level of service so punctual & prompt. Everything from ordering to delivery was finalised via WhatsApp messages that’s amazing. Payment can be done via a secure online payment gateway portal provided by Bank of Ceylon. Highly recommended service need to support small companies like. Only negative aspect is the cakes are bit pricey compared other suppliers

Very irresponsible. Made an online order for delivery, for a birthday, and it was not delivered on that day. When I inquired, the response was not acceptable. If you are going to order with them, make sure to call and check the process of the order, otherwise it may spoil your plans.
I got birthday cakes from here. They were very nice every time I talked to them on the phone or in person. They told us ahead of time when the delivery would be and they arrived within that time. The cake was delicious and looked beautiful.
