My family and my parents stayed for three days and two nights. We booked the superior deluxe rooms. Very spacious rooms with excellent turn down service. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries are refilled upon request. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really good with Sri Lankan dishes as well as some western options. We lunched outside so I cannot comment on lunch. However, we ordered dinner from the menu and we were very satisfied. Large portions were served. Even the kids menu had good sized portions and was very tasty. The beach is beautiful and has easy access between the restaurant and playground. Clean beach with plenty of chairs to lounge. The beach area in front of the hotel can be accessed anytime. The pool is clean and deep and the kiddies pool is shallow enough and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and it was fully worth the price.

Room was very nice & clean. Love it.️ But the buffet were not good. Dinner was useless. We wished more varities on that price and wished more seafood items. And the breakfast was average.
Wonderful place to stay if you visit trincomalee.Had a full board experience with a reasonable price for good accomodations with meals.Good staffs and surrounding as well.
A decent place right on the beach. They have rooms and Cabanas- which were tiny but lovely. The room we were in was at the corner and had an amazing view of the sea.... they have an entire glass wall for you to look out easily. Food is available but not many vegetarian/vegan options. Lucky for us we could order in. Service is good, staff friendly.
went Jakab restaurant. they toolk our orders. after 30 mins they said it will be take another 40 mins. poor getsure. seems they dont have enough staff to handle guest and outsiders.
Visited this place for the long vacation full board . Rooms are good with reasonable price. The scenes and views are fantastic . Nice place to relax . The terrible thing comes when its with the food No words to explain how terrible was the food was. We ordered the special rice which was not special at all . Hope the management look into this ...
We went there and the food was realy good and tbe price was fair. The employees were also very friendly and were present when necessary. To win that 5th star some cleaning needs to be done (for example on the tables and on the menu books). But next to that i5 waq overall a very good adress and I recommend it. Rooms are also nice and clean and a banquet hall with all the facilities included
