Tried the full body massage and steam room and the massage was excellent - quite firm but nice. The steam room is some kind of wooden capsule you need to lie in (see photo on rates card). Don’t expect to have a shower before/after (we did ask but they said it wasn’t necessary, but there was also a power water cut at the time - which happens quite frequently). Would come back if we were staying longer in Trinco!

Went there today based on the very good Google rating and the proximity to our hotel. Also I saw that they charge 4.500 Rupees for 60 minutes whereas our hotel would have charged 10.000! And I was not disappointed. Very friendly reception, right on time, good selection, clean place, professional massage table. You do hear a bit of the street noise but that did not bother me. Very good experience. we promptly made appointments for 3 other persons in our group.

I did the Ayurveda full body massage two times and it was such a great experience. The woman was very friendly and I enjoyed it a lot. She came to our hotel where she did the massages really really good. I felt a thousand times better after that, thanks a lot.

I experienced a full body massage and the kati vasta lower back treatment here. Both were excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. Be prepared to leave a deposit when you make the appointment, and specify if you’d prefer a male/female therapist. The soothing music is a nice touch and the prices are decent too. I recommend!
